Reproduction aged "Moorish" flooring fill this Los Angeles house. "A coat of arms Auerbach saw in Cordova inspired the shape of the swimming pool. Landry and his associates Todd Riley and Marc Welch added Moorish details to the house, including wrought iron railing and arched windows.

The house was built by Paul Williams, the Los Angeles architect celebrated for his graceful period houses for Hollywood notable from Lon Chaney to Zsa Zsa Gabor. It sprawls across nine and a half acres of lawns and oak-shaded slopes. Previous owners have been MIchael Landon, Bill Cosby and Freddie Fields.
